Planning and Management of Legal Processes
Together with the Founding Attorney, determines the overall strategy for legal disputes and advisory matters, assesses legal risks, and develops a legal roadmap tailored to the client’s needs. Coordinates the work of the attorneys assigned to each matter, ensuring that the legal process is conducted in a consistent, effective, and properly supervised manner.
