No. It is highly important to obtain preventive legal services before a dispute is brought before the courts. Under the Lawyers Act, a lawyer is required to conduct an accepted matter through to its conclusion. Unless your power of attorney contains a restriction to the contrary, our firm may handle the matter together with its team of lawyers to ensure that the process is managed as efficiently and promptly as possible.

Absolutely. Lawyers are subject to a statutory duty of confidentiality. We may not disclose any information obtained in the course of providing legal representation or advisory services, and the duty to preserve professional secrecy continues indefinitely.

Legal fees are freely agreed between the lawyer and the client, taking into account the scope and nature of the case or legal matter. However, under the applicable legislation, the agreed fee may not be lower than the minimum amount prescribed by the Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff.

We personally oversee the entire process in Greece—including Athens, Thessaloniki and Kavala—from selecting the property most suitable for your investment objectives, obtaining an expert report, opening a bank account and securing a tax identification number, through to title registration and the completion of the Golden Visa residence permit application.
